Scope
We map what the product must do, agree the first release, and put a fixed price and timeline against it.
Design
Wireframes, then screens you can click through. Nothing goes into development until you have signed off on how it works.
Build
Development in short cycles with a test link that updates as we go, so you follow progress without waiting for a demo day.
